Problem with the Products Received:

If any of our products arrive with any errors or defects, then the item(s) can be returned free of charge. Barring any functional and/or aesthetic defects, items cannot be returned for free. Disputes will be open up to five days after the customer has received the order.

Out of stock:

Due to high international shipping volumes, some items may be out of stock. If this is the case, then our customer service will contact you and issue a full refund.

No Refunds & No Returns:

  • If you change your mind, you can exchange your items within a week of delivery. We are not able to offer any exchange after this period.

  • The exchanged item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

  • Exchanged items must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging.

  • If your exchange item does not comply with our Exchange Policy, items will be sent back to you with no credit.

  • Please note the customer has to bear all custom & Shipping expenses.

  • Items are double-checked before shipping and delivered items should not be defective.

Canceling an Order:

Once an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel it as your order might have been processed.
