First time using this company, I deal with customers everyday and all you need to do is communicate, I purchased two pairs of shoes first pair came after a week 2nd pair nowhere to be seen, when I emailed I got a reply to say they will be posted out the next day and to keep an eye on my tracking number, a week later and 3 emails with no reply back I asked for a refund, I got no reply again, eventually after 3 weeks the 2nd pair arrived, just keep your customers updated its not hard to do.
